1. Collection

You can collect your Newsletters at our print production facility at Unit B5, Glasnevin Business Park, Ballyboggan Road, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, between 12.00a.m. and 1.30a.m. on the morning following the Budget.

You can also collect any time after 7.00 a.m. on the morning following the Budget.

2. Delivery Options

Deliver
We will deliver your Newsletters to your office by courier before 2pm on Thurs 10th Dec. A fee of €49 for deliveries outside Dublin and €25 for deliveries in Dublin.

Post
We can post your Newsletters to your office, availing of the first morning post for additional charge of €10.

Mail Out Service
Let us pack and post your newsletters for you. Simply supply us with either labels or a personalised letter and we will pack and deliver your newsletters to An Post, before 12 Noon on Thurs 10th Dec, for a fee of €100, NOT including postage (up to a quantity of 500).

Your Logo in Colour
We can offer you the option of printing your corporate logo on the newsletter for an additional fee of €125 (quantity up to 500). This is lithographically printed out of process colour.

Unique Design
For an all in fee of €895 we will design and print a uniquely designed newsletter in full colour for your company. The design will incorporate your corporate colours and logo.

Free Envelopes
All customers will receive free A5 window/non-window envelopes with their order which will be printed with the message “Urgent – Budget Summary”

All 3 of these personalised emails are included as part of our additional email package

In January 2010 we will prepare another email communication which will include information and advice on issues including pensions, allowances, deductions, tax shelters and minimising tax liabilities. You will receive a proof of the content for review before it is sent to your clients.

Once the finance bill is passed and all rates have been finalised we will prepare a table of tax rates together with important payment dates.

Following your exact corporate style these will be lithographically printed on 350gm regal board with a matt lamination both sides giving a very high quality finish.
